A few simple policies make the whole visit run better.

If you need to cancel, are running late, or have a question before booking, start here.

Short version: give us notice, show up a little early, and call if you are not sure what to book.

To respect the therapists', estheticians', and other clients' time, cancellations are handled with a clear 7-day policy.

No penalty. Cancel or reschedule at no charge when you give at least 7 days notice.

Appointments cancelled inside the 7-day window incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows are charged the full price of the service.
